PROPOSED PROJECT NAME:

Historical Buildings Pictures (HisBulPics)


SUMMARY / BRIEF DESCRIPTION ABOUT THE PROPOSED PROJECT

The project consists essentially of the following parts:

1. The students familiarize with the ICT-platform and introduce themselves by uploading a self-portrait / introductions.

2. In a first step students will explore the Historical Buildings nearby their cities. They will find out how old these buildings and their historical background. A statistics is made by each class to obtain average figures to compare the various results. The students gather pictures and movies and as much as information regarding these historical buildings and the purpose of that time of these buildings.

3. Secondly the group students will at-least visit four to six these types of historical buildings and get the pictures and related martial to these historical sites.

4. These types of visits made the students aware of these old traditions, their old civilizations and how those people work on buildings and the used material. Also find why people visit these historical sites.

5. Thirdly if there is old music clips are available to those olden moment / historical buildings when these sites are in perfect order [like in Asian countries there is old music related to those area / regions sites like in India related to music with the TAJMAHAL] and Music related to CHINA WALL as well.



RATIONALE FOR THE PROJECT:

The project aims to increase the awareness of the students in Asia and Europe regarding the Historical Building and their architecture design, living standard and their mode of material used in these buildings. The project also fosters mutual understanding of the arguments and opinions of the participating students from the two regions. Youth is our future and we should enable them to have a basic understanding, and (depending on their later position), a clear view of the options of historical knowledge of history and the environmental problems affecting these historical architectural designs.




EXPECTED CONTRIBUTION FROM ASIAN SCHOOLS/STUDENTS:

Involved schools/classes=prepare , submit and publish
Asian countries are rich in old civilization hence all around ASIA can contribute.

§ Write a self portrait to introduce themselves(teachers and students involved)
§ Provide information on the historical buildings / old civilizations in their country, total number of discovered sites
§ Develop a booklet of pictures or video clips of each visited site and submit
§ Why and what kind of people came here to visit and what are there purposed to visit to these historical sites[recreational or to get informed about their past] =[prepare and submit a summary report]
§ Multimedia description of the proposed places, recognized by students as the civilization heritage for the list, with brief arguments.
§ How these sites are being effected and what measures can be taken to safeguard these from environmental problems

It would be of particular interest to have the input from European countries, especially those with a large amount of old civilizations.

§ Develop a booklet of pictures or video clips of each visited site and submit
§ Why and what kind of people came here to visit and what are there purposed to visit to these historical sites[recreational or to get informed about their past]
